BlackSand invested in the former Maile Sky Court, a 600-room, limited-service hotel located in the Waikiki district of Honolulu, Hawaii. This 43-story hotel enjoys spectacular mountain, ocean, and city views from all sides of the hotel, and has since been converted to a Holiday Inn Express.
