Benjamin J. Wang
PRINCIPAL
Benjamin Wang is a member of the firm’s acquisitions and asset management team, and is a member of the firm’s investment committee. He is also responsible for the transactional activity and business plan execution of BlackSand.
Prior to joining BlackSand, Mr. Wang was at The Shidler Group from 2006 to 2010, where he worked on the acquisitions and dispositions of over $500 million in commercial property throughout Honolulu, Southern California, and Phoenix.
Mr. Wang received an MBA with a focus on real estate finance from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a member of the California Alumni Club of Hawaii, and serves on the board for the Urban Land Institute and Palama Settlement.
